These Terms of Service govern your use of the PAVE consumer app and related services operated by ARTEX STUDIOS LTD.

By using PAVE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

🗺️ 1. About PAVE

PAVE is a walking, rewards and community map app. It helps users discover rewards, places, local activity and map-based information in the real world.

PAVE may include location-based rewards, user-generated pins, community verification, local business content and other real-world discovery features.

✅ 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PAVE.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use PAVE.

By using PAVE, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

👤 3. Your account

You may need an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate anyone else.

📍 4. Location-based features

PAVE uses location-based features to show nearby content, rewards and map activity.

You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully. Do not use PAVE in a way that distracts you from your surroundings, traffic, roads, hazards or other people. You should always follow local laws, respect private property and use your own judgement when visiting places shown in the app.

🎁 5. Rewards

PAVE may display rewards, offers, promotions or other opportunities from local businesses or partners.

Rewards may be limited by time, availability, location, quantity, eligibility or other conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, rewards are provided by the relevant business or partner, not by PAVE.

We do not guarantee that a reward will always be available, accurate, suitable or redeemable. Businesses may change, remove or refuse rewards where reasonable or where conditions are not met.

Users must not attempt to abuse, duplicate, resell, manipulate or fraudulently claim rewards.

✍️ 6. User content

PAVE may allow users to submit map pins, confirmations, reports, comments, photos, text, ratings or other content.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading or fraudulent
• Illegal, harmful, threatening or abusive
• Hateful, discriminatory or harassing
• Sexually explicit or exploitative
• Invasive of another person's privacy
• Infringing of intellectual property rights
• Spam, advertising or manipulation
• Dangerous or encouraging unsafe behaviour

We may remove, restrict or moderate content at our discretion.

🚩 7. Reporting and blocking

You may report objectionable content, inaccurate reports or abusive conduct through the reporting controls provided inside PAVE or by contacting us. Where blocking controls are available, you may use them to prevent or restrict interaction with another user.

We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict visibility, reverse activity, suspend features or terminate accounts where appropriate.

🤝 8. Community verification

PAVE may use community verification to help assess the accuracy, freshness or usefulness of map content.

Community verification is not a guarantee. Map content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or user-submitted.

You should use your own judgement and not rely on PAVE as your only source of information.

🛡️ 9. Safety

PAVE is designed to encourage real-world discovery, walking and local exploration. However, you are responsible for your own safety.

Do not trespass, enter unsafe areas, ignore road safety, use the app while driving, or put yourself or others at risk to access rewards or map content.

PAVE does not guarantee that places, routes, rewards, events or locations shown in the app are safe.

🚦 10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PAVE for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the app or its systems
• Scrape, copy or extract data without permission
• Reverse engineer or misuse the app
• Attempt to manipulate rewards, pins, verification or rankings
• Harass, threaten or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Create fake accounts or automated activity
• Use the app in a way that damages PAVE, users, businesses or partners

®️ 11. Intellectual property

PAVE, including its name, design, branding, software, interface, graphics, logos, features and content, is owned by or licensed to ARTEX STUDIOS LTD.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from PAVE without permission.

By submitting content to PAVE, you grant ARTEX STUDIOS LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, display, reproduce, modify and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting PAVE.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit any content you provide.

🔗 12. Third-party services

PAVE may link to or integrate with third-party services, businesses, maps, platforms, payment providers, analytics providers or websites.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies or actions.

📱 13. App stores

If you downloaded PAVE through an app store, your use of the app may also be subject to that app store's terms and policies.

🔄 14. Changes to the app

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of PAVE at any time.

We may also change, remove or limit features as we improve the product.

🗑️ 15. Deleting your account

You may initiate deletion of your PAVE account through the account settings inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, preferences, contributions and other associated personal data, except where limited information must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

⛔ 16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PAVE if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for others or harm the service.

You may stop using PAVE at any time.

⚠️ 17. Disclaimers

PAVE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure or always available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality or availability of user-submitted content, rewards, locations, businesses or third-party content.

⚖️ 18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTEX STUDIOS LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities arising from your use of PAVE.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

🏛️ 19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

📝 20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of PAVE after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
